Meet the creator

I’m Lauren – energy practitioner, breathwork facilitator, and cold plunge guide. I’ve guided hundreds through breath and cold as medicine–and learned that real resilience doesn’t come from pushing through. It comes from tuning in.

About a decade ago, I went nearly a year without a period. My energy was all over the place, my focus felt scattered, and no matter how hard I tried to stay “on track,” something always felt off. My body was speaking to me, but I didn’t yet know how to listen.

When I discovered the rhythm of my cycle and began syncing with it, I turned irregular periods and energy crashes into clarity, consistency, and self-trust. It was one of the biggest awakenings of my life.

Then came cold plunging. I loved the power, the presence, the reset—but I also saw quickly: most protocols weren’t made for female physiology. After years of study, experimentation, and deep listening—to my body, to mentors, to books, to guides—Rhythms & Resilience was born.

This guide is my answer to what’s been missing: a body-led, cycle-aware, radically supportive approach to cold that honors the full intelligence of a woman’s system.
