Meet the creator
Iâm Lauren â energy practitioner, breathwork facilitator, and cold plunge guide. Iâve guided hundreds through breath and cold as medicineâand learned that real resilience doesnât come from pushing through. It comes from tuning in.
About a decade ago, I went nearly a year without a period. My energy was all over the place, my focus felt scattered, and no matter how hard I tried to stay âon track,â something always felt off. My body was speaking to me, but I didnât yet know how to listen.
When I discovered the rhythm of my cycle and began syncing with it, I turned irregular periods and energy crashes into clarity, consistency, and self-trust. It was one of the biggest awakenings of my life.
Then came cold plunging. I loved the power, the presence, the resetâbut I also saw quickly: most protocols werenât made for female physiology. After years of study, experimentation, and deep listeningâto my body, to mentors, to books, to guidesâRhythms & Resilience was born.
